Your C-suite wants to lead with data-informed confidence. To do this, they need to understand how growth is trending, what your team is doing about it, and what the impact will be to the business.
Customer-facing teams need visibility into how your product and marketing experiments (especially around high stakes areas like pricing) will impact the customers they speak with every day.
Your colleagues in product, design and engineering need to learn how to run successful experiments, discover high leverage product areas for technical investment, and seamlessly collaborate with your team on shared product surfaces and internal systems.
And at B2B companies that run a product-led growth strategy, the sales team needs to know which customers are at risk of churning and which engaged end users are product-qualified leads at large companies that could benefit from a human touch.
THE PROBLEM
Until now, the best option for managing a growth team was to duplicate a spreadsheet or a template found online and adopt a mix of tools built for the work of other teams.
This means that product managers and Heads of Growth spend a lot of time (about 1 day a week per person) copy/pasting the company’s most meaningful data from one spreadsheet to another. Bespoke reports built by hand in Google Slides or Notion are shared in Slack or on email and then forgotten, out-of-date, and hard to find.
There’s no easy way for salespeople, executives, and other product teams to self-serve insights or reference data from the growth team. There’s no place to even see what the product used to look like.
Growth teams have a remit to move quickly and use data to make bets, but they need a strong foundation from which to collaborate with everyone else. It’s time for growth teams to get their own platform. So, we built Panobi.
